Can I try the clothes before I buy?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to try the clothes before buying. We are a pure online shop and thus deliver the clothing once the purchase is confirmed and accept returns within 14 days. Read our return policy for more information.

Where can I find your shop?

DressCode is a pure online shop and we do not have an outlet or showroom. For returns please see our returns policy for further information

How can I pay for my items?

You can pay online with all major card payment companies (VISA, MasterCard etc.), PayPal or cash on delivery. You can choose your option during check-out on our website. For more information about our payment providers please visit our billing & payments page.

How do I know my purchase has been accepted?

Once your order has been received, you will receive an email confirming the order. The order will now have the status “Processing”. Stay updated on your order status by logging into your account, or if you completed your purchase without creating an account, you can track your order on our website by entering your order ID and email. If you are unsure about which email you used and what your order ID is, please contact us.

As soon as we have packed your order and it is ready for delivery, the status of your order will change to “Completed” and you will receive another email confirmation

When will I receive my items?

Once your order has been received, we will notify you via email as soon as your items have been packed and are ready to be dispatched to you. All orders are packed and completed the following day of the order date. For example, if you place your order on Tuesday, you will receive a confirmation and delivery of your items on Wednesday. We dispatch from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 and 18:00. Find more information about devilries in our delivery policy.

How can I track my order delivery?

Once your order is ready to be delivered, you will receive a SMS with a link. This link will direct you to our navigation partner which you can use to track your delivery real-time. You will know exactly where we are and when we are approaching so there is no need to waste your time waiting for us.

How do I add a discount coupon?

Nagivate to the “cart page” and enter any discount coupon you might have on the bottom of the page. If the coupon is not working you will receive an error message with the reason why. Please make sure to read the information and terms and conditions for each offer on the offers page
